COVID-19: Delivering Your Orders in Challenging Times
In light of UK Government advice regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, our London store is closed until further notice. Our online store remains open but we've made changes in how we process your orders.
ONLINE ORDERS CONTINUE TO BE SHIPPED
We are still able to ship and process your online orders using a reduced on-site team however please allow an extra few days for your order to be processed. In our warehouse, we have increased internal hygiene measures and have initiated social distancing in line with government policy and advice.
The risk of receiving goods via parcel is low according to the WHO (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses).
RUBBER AND LEATHER PRODUCTION CONTINUES
We have initiated remote production where possible and are taking steps to limit staff contact including the use of alternate shifts and night working. We are currently not accepting orders for Made to Order products so that we can focus on existing orders, but we are gradually increasing the range of Ready to Ship leather and rubber wear.
MOST OF OUR STAFF ARE WORKING FROM HOME
Wherever practically possible, our support and office staff are working off-site for the foreseeable future, however, there should only be minor interference to your customer experience.
